No. Coday programs websites itself, with Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS. Instead of a site builder or a WordPress theme with plugins, you get code of your own that contains only what your website needs.
Coday quotes website projects at a fixed price, not by the hour. The price in the quote covers all work described there, including the agreed revision rounds, and only changes if you order additional work. Optional care after launch runs as a monthly contract.
Technical errors caused by the work of Coday are fixed free of charge during the first 30 days after handover. Ongoing care (maintenance and support by agreement) is optional; a care contract can be cancelled with 30 days notice to the end of a month.
That depends on the scope and on when content and feedback arrive. The schedule is set in the quote once pages, features and content are clear.
No. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google, and Google itself warns against anyone who promises one. Coday builds your website so Google can read it and match it to your services: with clear page titles and headings, short load times and structured data. How far up you appear also depends on your content and your competitors.
That depends on the hosting set in the quote; Coday sets it up for you on request. Contact forms are built with a privacy notice and consent so that enquiries arrive under the rules of the GDPR.
The fixed price includes the revision rounds agreed in the quote, by default up to three. You see interim versions through a preview link and say what should change. Further changes come with their own quote first.
That depends on what it has to do. A website can also be installed on phones like an app, with a home-screen icon, as an optional extra. A native app from the app stores is a separate project and is only needed for features a website cannot offer.
Either works. You can supply the texts yourself or have them planned into the quote as part of the work. What only you have, such as your logo, photos and details about your business, should be ready in time so the schedule holds.
